15	Remove line(s) 216 and 217, and insert:
16	Section 2. Contingent upon HB 1895 or SB 204, providing a
17	public records exemption for trade secrets for credit scoring
18	methodologies and related data and information which are
19	required to be filed with the Office of Insurance Regulation,
20	becoming a law, this act shall take effect January 1, 2004, and
21	shall apply to policies issued or renewed on or after that date.
