  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to economic development;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  4         laws to promote the development of a high

  5         technology economy in this state; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws to

11  promote the development of a high technology economy in this

12  state.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
