  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to tourism; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to revise laws to promote

  4         the growth of the tourism industry; providing

  5         an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws to

10  promote the continued growth of the tourism industry in this

11  state.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
