14         On page 2, line 16, through page 3, line  4 delete
15  those lines

17  and insert:  information provided pursuant to this subsection
18  is $24 per name submitted, except that the fee for vendors of
19  the Department of Children and Family Services, the Department
20  of Juvenile Justice, and the Department of Elder Affairs shall
21  be $12 for each name submitted and the fee for requests under
22  the National Child Protection Act shall be $18 for each
23  volunteer name submitted.  The state offices of the Public
24  Defender shall not be assessed a fee for Florida criminal
25  history information or wanted person information.
