15         On page 2, line 16, through page 3, line 4, delete
16  those lines

18  and insert:  information provided pursuant to this subsection
19  is $24 per name submitted, except that the fee for vendors of
20  the Department Children and Family Services, the Department of
21  Juvenile Justice, and the Department of Elder Affairs shall be
22  $12 for each name submitted; the fee for a state criminal
23  history provided for application processing as required by law
24  to be performed by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer
25  Services shall be $15 for each name submitted; and the fee for
26  requests under the National Child Protection Act shall be $18
27  for each volunteer name submitted.  The state offices of the
28  Public Defender shall not be assessed a fee for Florida
29  criminal history information or wanted person information.
