15	Between line(s) 47 and 48, insert:
16	Section 2. The Auditor General shall conduct an audit of
17	the Criminal Justice Information Program. In conducting the
18	audit, the Department of Law Enforcement shall gather the data
19	necessary to identify the cost to provide a criminal history
20	background check on a per-request basis. The Auditor General
21	shall report the results of the audit to the President of the
22	Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by
23	December 1, 2003.
