15	Remove everything after the enacting clause, and insert:

17	The moneys contained herein are appropriated from the named
18	funds for the 2003-2004 Fiscal Year to the State agency
19	indicated, as the amounts to be used to pay the salaries and
20	other operational expenditures of the named agencies, and are in
21	lieu of all moneys appropriated for these purposes in other
22	sections of the Florida Statutes.

29	An act making appropriations; providing moneys for the

33	specified purposes of the various agencies of State
34	government; providing an effective date.
