Insert the following proviso after the new Specific Appropriation:
Funds in Specific Appropriation 183-AA are hereby appropriated to
implement the LifeSaver Rx Program and are contingent upon approval of a
federal Medicaid waiver or state plan amendment. These funds are also
contingent upon legislation becoming law in Special Session "A" of 2003
which delays the effective date of the provisions of section 2, Chapter
2001-371, Laws of Florida, relating to the exemption of certain
intangible personal property from taxation. These funds may be

transferred between agencies, as necessary, pursuant to the provisions
in Chapter 216, Florida Statutes.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items. |
