15	Remove line(s) 2084-2095, and insert:
16	(j) Notwithstanding anything in this chapter to the
17	contrary, a sick or injured employee shall be entitled, at all
18	times, to free, full, and absolute choice in the selection of
19	the pharmacy or pharmacist dispensing and filling prescriptions
20	for medicines required under this chapter. It is expressly
21	forbidden for the agency, an employer, or a carrier, or any
22	agent or representative of the agency, an employer, or a carrier
23	to select the pharmacy or pharmacist which the sick or injured
24	employee must use; condition coverage or payment on the basis of
25	the pharmacy or pharmacist utilized; or to otherwise interfere
26	in the selection by the sick or injured employee of a pharmacy
27	or pharmacist.
