14	Amendment to Amendment (648269) (with title amendment)
15	Between line(s) 247 and 248, insert:
16	Section 11. In order to implement Specific Appropriations
17	265, 267, 268, 268B, 269A, 270A, 271, 272, 275, 276, and 277 of
18	the 2003-2004 General Appropriations Act, as part of the
19	legislative budget request provided for in chapter 216, Florida
20	Statutes, for fiscal year 2004-2005, the Department of Children
21	and Family Services shall develop a separate allocation for lead
22	agencies which specifically identifies the funds provided for
23	each lead agency. The recommended methodology and request shall
24	address, but not be limited to, the base budget, caseload
25	increases, salary increases, equity funding, and administrative
26	costs. The request shall involve the lead agencies in a
27	consultative process. This section expires July 1, 2004.
