15	Between line(s) 196 and 197, insert:
16	Section 3. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a
17	Florida public school student who has been conditionally
18	accepted to an accredited 4-year college or university based on
19	his or her grade point average and SAT or ACT score and has met
20	all of the requirements for a standard high school diploma
21	except for passage of the grade 10 FCAT shall be awarded a
22	standard high school diploma. This section shall apply only to
23	students graduating from high school in 2003.
