15	Between line(s) 196 and 197, insert:
16	Section 3. Each member of the Florida Legislature must
17	take the grade 10 FCAT prior to November 1, 2003. Eligibility to
18	participate in the 2004 Regular Session shall be contingent on
19	passage of the test. Any legislator who does not receive passing
20	scores on the FCAT may retake the test one time and must receive
21	passing scores to participate in the 2004 session.
