15	Between line(s) 196 and 197, insert:
16	Section 3. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a
17	Florida public school student who has been conditionally
18	accepted to a college or university based on his or her grade
19	point average and SAT or ACT score and has met all of the
20	requirements for a standard high school diploma except for
21	passage of the grade 10 FCAT shall be awarded a standard high
22	school diploma.
