14	Amendment (with title amendment)
15	Remove everything after the enacting clause, and insert:
16	Section 1. Section 220.187, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
17	Section 2. In addition to moneys appropriated in the
18	General Appropriations Act, the sum of $88 million shall be
19	appropriated each fiscal year from the General Revenue Fund to
20	the Department of Education for allocation to the school
21	districts to be used for the construction of new public school
22	classrooms to implement constitutional requirements for class
23	size reduction.
24	Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.
