13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         Delete everything after the enacting clause

16  and insert:  
17         Section 1.  Chapter 440, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.

23         Delete everything before the enacting clause

25  and insert:
26         An act relating to workers' compensation;
27         repealing ch. 440, F.S., relating to workers'
