18	1012.47 Employment of certain alternative school
19	personnel.--All instructional and noninstructional personnel who
20	are hired to fill positions requiring contact with students in
21	an alternative school that operates under contract with a
22	charter school shall, upon employment and according to
23	conditions of the contract, file a complete set of fingerprints
24	as required in s. 1012.32.
