17	Section 12. Section 373.5905, Florida Statutes, is amended
18	to read:
19	373.5905 Reinstitution of payments in lieu of taxes;
20	duration.--If the Department of Environmental Protection ora
21	water management district has made a payment in lieu of taxes to
22	a governmental entity and subsequently suspended such payment,
23	the department orwater management district shall reinstitute
24	appropriate payments and continue the payments in consecutive
25	years until the governmental entity has received a total of 10
26	payments for each tax loss.
