18 Section 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
19 a Florida public school student who has been accepted to an
20 accredited college or university and has met all of the
21 requirements for a standard high school diploma except for
22 passage of the grade 10 FCAT shall be awarded a standard high
23 school diploma.
