11 Senator Constantine moved the following amendment:

13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 7, lines 201 through 207, delete those lines
15
16 and insert: such tests as alternate assessments to the grade
17 10 FCAT for the 2002-2003 school year. Students who attain
18 scores that equate to the passing scores on the grade 10 FCAT
19 for purposes of high school graduation on any of the approved
20 alternative assessments shall satisfy the assessment
21 requirement for a standard high school diploma as provided in
22 s. 1003.43(5)(a) for the 2002-2003 school year graduating
23 class. Prior to the application of these alternative
24 assessments in subsequent school years, the Legislature shall
25 review the continued use of these alternative tests.
