14	Amendment (with title amendment)
15	Between lines 37 and 38, insert:
16	Section 2. Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway designated;
17	department to erect suitable markers.--
18	(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 17 in Putnam County from
19	Crescent City south to the border at Volusia County is
20	designated as "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."
21	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
22	suitable markers designating Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway
23	as described in subsection (1).
