15	Remove line 1722, and insert:
16	this subsection by any party without notice to any other party,
17	except that such informal discovery shall not impinge upon or
18	impair such other party's physician-patient, attorney-client,
19	psychotherapist-patient, or other such privilege of
20	confidentiality as provided by law.
