(1) Beginning July 1, 2004, the limits established in s. |

766.118 shall not apply to health care professionals licensed |

under chapter 458 who do not meet the financial responsibility |

requirements provided in s. 458.320(1) and health care |
|

|
professionals licensed under chapter 459 who do not meet the |
|

financial responsibility requirements provided in s. |
|
25
|
459.0085(1), and damages recoverable under s. 766.118 shall not |

be limited.
