16	Section 14. Section 456.068, Florida Statutes, is amended
17	to read:
18	456.068 Toll-free telephone number for reporting of
19	complaints.--The departmentAgency for Health Care
20	Administrationshall establish a toll-free telephone number for
21	public reporting of complaints relating to medical treatment or
22	services provided by health care professionals. In accordance
23	with s. 456.073(1), such complaints may be anonymous but must be
24	recorded and transcribed, and such transcription shall
25	constitute the written submission of the complaint. In
26	accordance with s. 456.073(11) and (12), any person making a
27	complaint through the statewide toll-free telephone number who
28	does so in good faith shall be immune from any civil liability
29	that otherwise might be incurred or imposed.
