15	Between line(s) 2510 and 2511, insert:
16	Section 55. In any advertisement or other similar public
17	dissemination of information by or on behalf of an attorney
18	regarding issues of medical malpractice, the attorney may not
19	solicit any person to institute legal action or suggest that
20	legal action be brought and shall be limited to providing a
21	description of the areas of practice of the attorney, the
22	attorney's address or business location, and a method for
23	contacting the attorney.
