15	Remove line(s) 1966-2001, and insert:
16	(9)(a) The Office of Insurance Regulation shall order
17	insurers to make a rate filing effective for all policies
18	renewed between July 1, 2003, and July 1, 2004, that reduces
19	rates to January 1, 2002, levels for medical malpractice.
20	(b) Any insurer or rating organization that contends that
21	the rate provided for in paragraph (a) is excessive, inadequate
22	for the insurer to cover projected claims, or unfairly
23	discriminatory shall separately state in its filing the rate it
24	contends is appropriate.
