19	Section 8. The sum of $8 million is appropriated from the
20	General Revenue Fund to the Department of Juvenile Justice and
21	200 positions are authorized for the purpose of hiring 100
22	intensive probation officers and 100 regular probation officers
23	for purposes of reducing the need for additional adult prison
24	beds in the future.
