Section 5. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $10 |

million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to |

state universities for infrastructure improvements to the |

National High Magnetic Field Laboratory. From this |
22
|
appropriation, $7.5 million shall be allocated to Florida State |
23
|
University and $2.5 million shall be allocated to the University |
24
|
of Florida to address infrastructure requirements identified in |
25
|
consultation with the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory |
