14	Amendment to Amendment (674609)
15	Remove line(s) 52-56, and insert:
16	One-half of all reinvestment payments made pursuant to this
17	subsection shall be remitted to the state for deposit in the
18	Biomedical Research Trust Fund, or if such fund has ceased to
19	exist, in another trust fund that supports biomedical research,
20	as determined by law. One-half of all reinvestment payments made
21	pursuant to this subsection shall be remitted to the state for
22	distribution to state universities and private nonprofit
23	colleges and universities in the state, including historically
24	Black colleges and universities, with the proceeds to be
25	distributed pro rata based on the prior year's enrollment.
