15          Between lines 997 and 998, insert:

17          Section 8. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $10
18    million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to
19    state universities for infrastructure improvements to the
20    National High Magnetic Field Laboratory. From this
21    appropriation, $7.5 million shall be allocated to Florida State
22    University and $2.5 million shall be allocated to the University
23    of Florida to address infrastructure requirements identified in
24    consultation with the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory
25    Executive Committee.
26          Section 9. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $5
27    million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to the
28    Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development for the
29    Military Base Retention Grants Program pursuant to s. 288.980,
30    Florida Statutes.
31          Section 10. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $10
32    million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to the
33    Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development for the
34    Entertainment Industry Financial Incentive Program pursuant to
35    s. 288.1254, Florida Statutes.
36          Section 11. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $25
37    million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to the
38    Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development for the Rural
39    Infrastructure Fund pursuant to s. 288.0655, Florida Statutes.
40          Section 12. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $10
41    million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to the
42    Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development for the Quick
43    Action Closing Fund pursuant to s. 288.1088, Florida Statutes.
44          Section 13. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $25
45    million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to the
46    Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development for the
47    Florida Black Business Investment Board, Inc., pursuant to s.
48    288.707, Florida Statutes.
49          Section 14. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $5
50    million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to the
51    Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development for the
52    Hispanic Business Initiative Fund.
53          Section 15. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $10
54    million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to the
55    Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development for the
56    Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation pursuant to s.
57    288.1226, Florida Statutes.
