15	Remove lines 331-336, and insert:

17	17. Requiring the grantee to allow the corporation to
18	retain an independent certified public accountant, licensed in
19	this state pursuant to chapter 473, to inspect the records of
20	the grantee in order to audit the expenditure of funds disbursed
21	to the grantee. The independent certified public accountant
22	shall not disclose any confidential or proprietary scientific
23	information of the grantee.
