14          Amendment to Amendment (883759)
15          Remove lines 959-997, and insert:

17          (2) The sum of $10 million from the General Revenue Fund
18    to the entertainment industry financial incentive program
19    created in s. 288.1254, Florida Statutes.
20          (3) The sum of $10 million from the General Revenue Fund
21    to the Quick Action Closing Fund created in s. 288.1088, Florida
22    Statutes, all of which shall be used to fund projects in rural
23    communities as defined in s. 288.0656(2)(b), Florida Statutes.
24          (4) The sum of $15 million from the General Revenue Fund
25    to the Rural Infrastructure Fund created in s. 288.0655, Florida
26    Statutes.
27          (5) The sum of $7.5 million from the General Revenue Fund
28    for fixed capital outlay military base retention projects
29    allocated to the following bases: Tyndall ($2.5 million),
30    Mayport ($2.5 million), and McDill ($2.5 million).
31          (6) The sum of $10 million from the General Revenue Fund
32    for the purpose of providing one-time fixed capital outlay
33    grants for infrastructure improvements related to the National
34    High Magnetic Field Laboratory, which shall be allocated as
35    follows: the sum of $7.5 million shall be allocated to Florida
36    State University and the sum of $2.5 million shall be allocated
37    to the University of Florida.
38          (7) The sum of $10 million from the General Revenue Fund
39    to fund the first ranked fixed capital outlay project of the
40    Regional Cultural Facilities Program Rollover Priority List from
41    fiscal year 2003-2004, which was developed in accordance with
42    1T-1.001(20), Florida Administrative Code.
43          (8) The sum of $1 million from the General Revenue Fund to
44    the Mote Marine Laboratory, Inc, for scientific research to
45    prevent harmful algal blooms for the purpose of enhancing
46    Florida seafood production.
47          (9) The sum of $8 million from the General Revenue Fund
48    for the purpose of providing a one-time fixed capital outlay
49    grant to the University of South Florida to acquire the Fowler
50    Avenue South site as part of its Bioengineering and Life
51    Sciences Research Park.
52          (10) The sum of $5,000 from the General Revenue Fund for
53    the purpose of developing a plan to implement the convention
54    center sales tax rebate program as established in sections 5 and
55    6.
56          (11) For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $25 million
57    from nonrecurring general revenue for the Florida Black Business
58    Investment Board, Inc., created in s. 288.707, Florida Statutes.
59          (12) For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $5 million
60    from nonrecurring general revenue for the Hispanic Business
61    Initiative Fund.
62          (13) For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $10 million
63    from nonrecurring general revenue for the Florida Tourism
64    Industry Marketing Corporation created in s. 288.1226, Florida
65    Statutes.
