16	Amendment to Amendment (883759)
17	Between lines 997 and 998, insert:
18	Section 8. For the 2003-2004 fiscal year, the sum of $10
19	million is appropriated from nonrecurring general revenue to
20	state universities for infrastructure improvements to the
21	National High Magnetic Field Laboratory. From this
22	appropriation, $7.5 million shall be allocated to Florida State
23	University and $2.5 million shall be allocated to the University
24	of Florida to address infrastructure requirements identified in
25	consultation with the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory
26	Executive Committee.
