14	Amendment to Amendment (674609)
15	Remove line(s) 52-56, and insert:
16	One-half of all reinvestment payments made pursuant to this
17	subsection shall be remitted to the state for deposit in the
18	Biomedical Research Trust Fund, or if such fund has ceased to
19	exist, in another trust fund that supports biomedical research,
20	as determined by law. The remaining one-half of such
21	reinvestment payments shall be distributed to the Emergency
22	Technologies Commission for distribution to centers of
23	excellence established pursuant to s. 1004.225.
