5	Remove line 20 and insert:
6	law. Any general law enacted pursuant to this section must
7	include a requirement that a parent or guardian of the putative
8	father, who caused the pregnancy, also be notified prior to a
9	minor's abortion.

12	Remove line 34 and insert:
