14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, line 31, through
16 page 2, line 2, delete those lines

18 and insert: minor's pregnancy. Notwithstanding Article V,
19 Section 2(a) of the Florida Constitution, the Legislature
20 shall provide exceptions to such requirement for notification
21 and the Legislature shall create a procedure for judicial
22 waiver of the notification.
