  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to adoption; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to revise laws to clarify

  4         the final decisionmaking process in adoption

  5         cases; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws to

10  clarify the final decisionmaking process in adoption cases.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
