11  Senators Bennett and Jones moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 13, between lines 14 and 15,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 10.  Present paragraphs (f) and (g) of
18  subsection (3) of section 400.9905, Florida Statutes, are
19  redesignated as paragraphs (g) and (h) respectively, and a new
20  paragraph (f) is added to that subsection, to read:
21         400.9905  Definitions.--
22         (3)  "Clinic" means an entity at which health care
23  services are provided to individuals and which tenders charges
24  for reimbursement for such services. For purposes of this
25  part, the term does not include and the licensure requirements
26  of this part do not apply to:
27         (f)  A sole proprietorship, group practice,
28  partnership, or corporation that provides health care services
29  by physicians covered by s. 627.419, that is directly
30  supervised by one or more of such physicians, and that is
31  wholly owned by one or more of those physicians or by a
