13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 51, lines 5-11, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  adjudicated for denial or payment within 90 days
17  after receipt of complete documentation by the agency for
18  review. If there is reliable evidence of fraud,
19  misrepresentation, abuse, or neglect, claims shall be
20  adjudicated for denial of payment within 180 days after
21  receipt of complete documentation by the agency for review.
