| 4 | Remove everything after the enacting clause and insert: |
| 5 | Section 1. The sums of $11,636,000 from the General |
| 6 | Revenue Fund, $806,400 from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund, |
| 7 | and $28,838,400 from the Medical Care Trust Fund are |
| 8 | appropriated to the Agency for Health Care Administration, and |
| 9 | the sum of $3,516,372 from the Donations Trust Fund is |
| 10 | appropriated to the Department of Health, for the 2003-2004 |
| 11 | fiscal year, for the purpose of serving children on whose behalf |
| 12 | applications are submitted to the Florida KidCare program on or |
| 13 | before June 30, 2004, and who are determined to be eligible for |
| 14 | program components funded under Title XXI of the Social Security |
| 15 | Act. |
| 16 | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
