  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to specialty license plates;

  3         prohibiting the issuance of new specialty

  4         license plates after a specified date;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Department of Highway Safety and Motor

10  Vehicles may not issue any new specialty license plates after

11  June 30, 2004.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
