14 On page 1, lines 26-31, delete those lines
15
16 and insert:
17 (d) The complete schedules of reimbursement for all
18 the services for which a health maintenance organization and a
19 provider have contracted and any changes in or deviations from
20 the contracted schedules of reimbursement. The health
21 maintenance organization may satisfy this requirement through
22 electronic means. The schedules of reimbursement are subject
23 to the nondisclosure provisions of the contract, and the
24 provider shall maintain the confidentiality of those
25 schedules. For purposes of this subsection, the term
26 "provider" means a physician licensed under chapter 458,
27 chapter 459, chapter 460, or chapter 461.
