  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to space and defense-related

  3         industries; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to provide for and support programs,

  5         facilities, and strategies to enhance and

  6         expand space and defense-related industries

  7         within the state; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to provide for and

12  support programs, facilities, and strategies to enhance and

13  expand space and defense-related industries within the state.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
