  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to building designations;

  3         designating the student community educational

  4         facility for health at Florida Gulf Coast

  5         University as "Kleist Health Education Center";

  6         designating the facility at Florida Gulf Coast

  7         University which will house the resort and

  8         hospitality management program as "Herbert J.

  9         and Margaret S. Sugden Hall"; authorizing

10         Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable

11         markers; providing an effective date.

13  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

14  

15         Section 1.  Kleist Health Education Center designated;

16  Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable markers.--

17         (1)  The student community educational facility for

18  health at Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as

19  "Kleist Health Education Center."

20         (2)  Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to

21  erect suitable markers designating Kleist Health Education

22  Center as described in subsection (1).

23         Section 2.  Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall

24  designated; Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable

25  markers.--

26         (1)  The facility at Florida Gulf Coast University

27  which will house the resort and hospitality management program

28  is designated as "Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall."

29         (2)  Florida Gulf Coast University is authorized to

30  erect suitable markers designating Herbert J. and Margaret S.

31  Sugden Hall as described in subsection (1).

 1         Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.

 4                          SENATE SUMMARY

 5    Designates the student community educational facility at
      Florida Gulf Coast University as Kleist Health Education
 6    Center. Designates the facility at Florida Gulf Coast
      University which will house the resort and hospitality

      Hall. Directs the university to erect suitable markers.
