13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 9, lines 20 through 21, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17  approval as a mitigation bank shall be concluded no later than
18  December 31, 2010. The funds expended by the Department of
19  Transportation to purchase an interest in those lands
20  identified in this subsection shall be eligible for
21  consideration as mitigation for road construction related
22  impacts in the Wekiva Study Area.
