14 On page 26, between lines 11 and 12,

16 insert:
17 Section 7. Subsection (7) of section 430.703, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 430.703 Definitions.--As used in this act, the term:
20 (7) "Other qualified provider" means an entity
21 licensed under chapter 400 that demonstrates a long-term care
22 continuum, posts a $500,000 performance bond, and meets all
23 the financial and quality assurance requirements for a
24 provider service network as specified in s. 409.912 and all
25 requirements pursuant to an interagency agreement between the
26 agency and the department.
