11  Senator Dockery moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 4, line 30, through
15            page 5, line 6, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (6)(4)  The chief may communicate to private entities
19  the options private entities should consider in obtaining
20  security assessments and may solicit private entities for the
21  purpose of communicating such options. The cost of any
22  security assessment of a private entity shall be borne by the
23  private entity. conduct specific security assessments of a
24  building or facility owned by a private entity upon the
25  request of that private entity. The chief may prioritize
26  requests, and such prioritization is not agency action that is
27  subject to review under chapter 120. The chief may solicit
28  private entities for the purpose of receiving requests to
29  perform security assessments of buildings or facilities.
30  Private entities are urged to cooperate with and
