  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to higher education; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise laws relating

  4         to higher education; providing an effective

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  relating to higher education.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.
