| 7 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 8 |

| 9 | Section 1. Robert "Bullet Bob" Hayes Avenue designated; |
| 10 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
| 11 | (1) That portion of State Road 111 on Edgewood Avenue West |
| 12 | in Duval County from the intersection at U.S. Highway 1 east to |
| 13 | Interstate 95 where Edgewood Avenue West becomes Tallulah Avenue |
| 14 | is designated as "Robert 'Bullet Bob' Hayes Avenue." |
| 15 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
| 16 | suitable markers designating Robert "Bullet Bob" Hayes Avenue as |
| 17 | described in subsection (1). |
| 18 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2004. |
