  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Correctional

  3         Privatization Commission; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws relating to

  5         the Correctional Privatization Commission;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the Correctional Privatization Commission.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.
