11  The Conference Committee on CS for SB 1270 recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Conference Committee Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         Delete everything after the enacting clause
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 1.  Subsection (2) of section 550.135, Florida
19  Statutes, is amended to read:
20         550.135  Division of moneys derived under this
21  law.--All moneys that are deposited with the Chief Financial
22  Officer to the credit of the Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund
23  shall be distributed as follows:
24         (2)  All unappropriated funds in excess of $1.5 $3.5
25  million in the Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund shall be
26  deposited with the Chief Financial Officer to the credit of
27  the General Revenue Fund.
28         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2004.

12         date.
